FAQs
1. What is your style of roasting?
Our range of roasting is from light roast to
medium roast. We create a unique profile for each coffee.
2. What’s the difference between Filter, Espresso or Omni Roast? Which one suits me?
It depends on how you would make your coffee at home.
Filter Roast- for Pour Over, AeroPress,Cafeteria
It has a cleaner and more vibrant flavour
and a longer brewing time is needed
Espresso Roast- for Espresso Machine, Stovetop
Due to the short time of brewing, we intend
to do a longer roasting so as to achieve a higher solubility to bring out more flavour
in the espresso.
Onmi roast- This type of coffee usually has
a stronger aroma and more complex flavour. We think it is suitable for all kind
of brewing method.
3. Can I get ground coffee?
We always highly recommend freshly grind the coffee before brewing. However, we understand that not many customers have
a grinder at home, so we still have the ground option.
However, in some cases, the ground size may not work with you unique set up, especially for espresso machine and stove top.
The grind size needs to be very precise for a great brewing. We cannot guarantee our ground coffee will work perfectly.
